Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about how OpenFlame AI works. Still stuck? Contact support below.
What does OpenFlame AI do for my business?
We create and publish your social media content and email newsletters every week — so your marketing stays consistent while you focus on running your business. You review everything before it goes live.
How does the weekly cycle work?
Each week we research your industry, local trends, and target audience, then generate a batch of content (social posts, a short-form video, an email newsletter, and any promotion) and email it to you for approval. Once you approve, we schedule and publish it for you.
How do I approve content or request changes?
Open the approval email we send, or head to the Content page. Review the batch, then reply 'approved' — or tell us what to change and we'll revise it and send it back.
How do I add photos?
Go to Media Library and tap Add photos. Upload your images and add a quick note on each. Your photos feed directly into the content we create.
What makes a good photo note?
Say what it is and why it matters — for example, 'our signature smash burger, top weekend seller.' When it's relevant, add the item name and price, or the event's name and date, so we can feature it accurately.
How are events handled?
Head to PromoDrop — build a flyer in three steps or upload one you already have, with the event's name, dates, times, and cost. You can also attach event details to any photo in Media Library. We build promotional content with enough lead time to publish before the event, which is why event dates need to be at least a week out.
What is PromoDrop?
PromoDrop turns an event or promotion into a professional flyer in three steps: pick a background (a color, a gradient, one of your photos, or a fresh AI-generated backdrop), enter the details, and choose a text style. The dates and prices on the flyer are always exactly what you type. Finished flyers join your library and flow into your weekly content.
What is the Image Studio?
On the Image Studio page you can generate polished, on-brand illustrative images from a menu of styles tuned to your industry. Keep the ones you love and they join your photo library for use in your weekly content — always as clearly illustrative brand imagery, never passed off as photos of your actual products. You get 10 generations a week.
What is Replate?
Replate turns a quick phone photo of a dish into an editorial-quality food photo — same dish, same portions, professionally lit and plated. Open any photo in Media Library, tap Replate, compare side by side, and keep or discard. There's also a one-tap Enhance that corrects lighting and color without changing anything. Replate is available on request for food businesses.
What is Voiceprint?
Your Voiceprint is how we learn the way your business actually talks. Pick a voice angle, paste a sample of your own writing to model, or edit the profile directly — then every caption, newsletter, and post comes out sounding like you wrote it. You can ban specific words and lock in approved phrasing too.
How do Reels work?
Upload short videos on the Reels tab in Media Library. We draft a caption in your voice — edit or regenerate it until it's right — and assign the Reel to a publish week. One Reel publishes to Instagram each week as part of your batch.
How do I know which photos have already been posted?
Photos that have gone live on your channels show a Posted date in Media Library once the publish is confirmed. Use the Posted filter to review what's run, then Select to clear out photos you're done with.
How does billing work?
You're on a simple flat monthly plan. You can view your plan, payment method, and past invoices anytime on the Billing page.
How do I update my payment method or cancel?
Use Manage subscription on the Billing page to update your card or view invoices. To cancel, contact us on the Support page and we'll take care of it.
How do I change my brand voice or business details?
Fine-tune how your brand sounds on the Voiceprint page. For business details — your offerings, links, promotions, and audience — use the Settings page. Both feed into the content we create for you.
Something looks wrong or isn't working. What do I do?
Head to the Support page and send us a note with the details. We'll get back to you by email.
